Join us for the Youth DJ Skills Workshop at M3M Studios, where creativity meets urban music culture! Led by the incredible Souled Out, a talented hip-hop DJ from Grande Prairie, this workshop is the perfect opportunity for kids to dive into the electrifying world of DJing.
Here's what to expect:
- 5:00–5:15 pm – Welcome & Icebreaker: Kick things off with an introduction to DJ culture!
- 5:15–6:00 pm – DJ Skills Session:
- Get hands-on with DJ equipment
- Learn the essentials of beat matching and scratching
- Participate in a mini performance circle!
- 6:00–6:15 pm – Showcase Prep: Get ready to shine as you rehearse your performance sets or freestyles!
- 6:15–6:30 pm – Final Showcase: Show off your newfound DJ skills in an electrifying performance!
