About the Ensemble: Experience the magic of Opera Laurier, featuring passionate voice students from The Practice of Opera courses. These dedicated artists bring you two captivating productions each year—a thrilling fall concert and a spectacular fully staged winter opera!
Music Director: The incredible Kate Carver will lead this unforgettable evening.
Pre-Show Events:
- 6:30–6:50 p.m. | Mezzanine: Join composer Stephanie Martin for an exclusive talk about her creative journey and the making of The Llandovery Castle.
- 7:10–7:25 p.m. | Theatre Auditorium Lobby: Enjoy a captivating pre-show performance of World War I–era songs by our talented cast members!

Finding Us: Look for our outdoor signs to guide you to the right entrance. The Theatre Auditorium is located at Savvas Chamberlain Music Building - 75 University Ave. West, Waterloo, Ontario, N2L 3C5.
Parking: Enjoy free parking in white permit lots after 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and all weekend until 2 a.m. Gold permit lots are free after 10 p.m. on weekdays. For other times, Pay & Display parking is available. The closest lot is Lot 20 (Lot 3501 in the HonkMobile app).
