Join us for a vibrant and exhilarating roda de samba on March 7th, 2026, at The Beaumont Studios in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver. This exciting event honors International Women’s Day with a festive atmosphere filled with joy, community, and incredible music!

Led by the talented amarElas, a collective of Brazilian women musicians, we'll be showcasing songs from iconic female artists while celebrating the strength and creativity of women in samba. Feel the energy as Batucada Abrace joins us with their dynamic women-led percussion crew!
But that's not all! Explore our small marketplace featuring local women entrepreneurs, where you can find unique treasures and support our community.
This is a family-friendly event, so bring the kids along! Please register for a free child ticket for all children aged 0–12 to help us manage venue capacity.
Come dressed in white to symbolize unity and renewal, or wear bright colors to embody the joyful spirit of samba. Whatever you choose, let your outfit reflect your unique self!
