About This Event
Get ready for an unforgettable night of music as the Long Beach Dub Allstars take the stage at The Wayfarer on Thursday, February 12 in Costa Mesa, CA!
Born from the legacy of Sublime, the Long Beach Dub Allstars emerged in 1997 to carry the torch of the reggae-rock movement. With founding members Bud Gaugh and Eric Wilson, along with Long Beach legends Opie Ortiz, Miguel Happoldt, and Marshall Goodman, they fused reggae, dub, ska, punk, and hip-hop into a sound that defined a generation.
Join us for a night featuring:
- Epic performances of classic hits from their foundational albums, Right Back and Wonders of the World.
- New tracks from their latest record, Echo Mountain High, blending the psychedelic with the signature Long Beach vibe.
- A celebration of their evolution, showcasing the raw energy that has influenced countless artists.
With an all-star lineup including Opie Ortiz (vocals), Miguel Happoldt (guitar), Tim Wu (horns), Roger Rivas (keys), Ed Kampwirth (bass), and Gil Sharone (drums), this is more than just a concert—it's a living tribute to the spirit of Long Beach!
