🎵 BUILD A BAND - 3 DAY HOLIDAY WORKSHOP 🎵
Transform from a Bedroom Musician to a Band Member in just 3 days! Join us at The Basement for an unforgettable experience designed for ages 11-18. Choose between morning or afternoon sessions and get ready to rock!
What to Expect Over the 3 Days:
- 🎸 DAY 1: Meet Your Band (Tuesday) - Kick things off with fun icebreakers and a jam session. Meet fellow musicians, form your band, and pick a song to learn that fits your style!
- 🌟 DAY 2: Make It Sound Good (Wednesday) - It’s all about practice! Tighten up your song with expert guidance, work on timing, dynamics, and communication, and if you finish early, choose another song!
- 🎤 DAY 3: Show Time (Thursday) - Final rehearsals, sound checks, and then it’s your moment to shine! Perform your song live for family and friends!
Is This Workshop For You?
- Perfect if you can play your instrument at a basic level.
- Have your own instrument (let us know if you need one!).
- Ready to meet other young musicians and commit to all 3 sessions!
Parents, Here’s What You Need to Know:
- Structured and supervised workshop with experienced mentors.
- Fosters collaboration, commitment, and confidence in a safe environment.
- Affordable at just £15 per session (£45 for all 3 days).
- Culminates in a live performance opportunity!
What to Bring:
- Your own instrument 🎸
- Your amp (if you play electric) 🔌

- Enthusiasm and commitment for all 3 sessions!
Event Details:
- When: Tuesday 17th - Thursday 19th
- Time: 10am - 1pm or 1.30pm - 4.30pm (no mixing sessions!)
- Who: Ages 11-18 who can play an instrument or sing
- Cost: £15 per session | £45 for the full course
- Where: The Basement
