About Tells Bells:
Since its inception on August 14, 2004, the Tells Bells Festival has been a beacon of vibrant music and community spirit! Founded by the passionate folks at “Villmar Kult e.V.,” this festival emerged to provide an alternative to conventional events, offering local bands a platform to shine.
The festival name draws inspiration from the iconic “Tellswiese,” where legends like Friedrich Schiller's “Wilhelm Tell” were once performed. With a history of blending hardcore, punk rock, ska, metal, and alternative music, Tells Bells continues to attract a devoted following year after year!
