We started as just a duo, Nardo and Noah. We played and covered everything, working as session musicians for touring bands and playing wedding gigs. But one night, while we were hanging out with friends at a pub in Bali (Gimme Shelter), a 19-year- old girl walked past on the sidewalk right in front of us. Noah spontaneously shouted out to her: "Hey, can you play music?" She answered loudly and without hesitation: "Yes." Noah looked at Nardo. Nardo simply gave him the OK sign. Noah turned back to her and said, "Okay, give me your WhatsApp number. I'll share the location tomorrow, and we jam." After that session, AVORAGOM was born.
